> RobotiZap is an AI receptionist on WhatsApp for appointment-based businesses: barbershops, hair and beauty salons, clinics, private practices and studios. On the business's own WhatsApp number, it answers customers' questions (prices, address, payment methods), books, reschedules and cancels appointments, and keeps the calendar organised 24 hours a day. The booking and management system (calendar, reminders, packages, commissions, finance and reports) comes in the same monthly plan, priced by billing country, with a 7-day free trial and no credit card. **What it is.** A virtual receptionist with AI plus a complete web dashboard. Customers message the business on WhatsApp as they always do, by text or voice note, and the AI replies with what the business has taught it, shows each professional's free times and books the appointment straight into the calendar. Customers install nothing and create no account. When the AI doesn't know the answer, or the customer asks for a person, it hands the conversation to the team; when someone on the team replies, the AI pauses for that customer.
