Is this the WhatsApp API?

No. The WhatsApp connection, through Meta's Official API or a QR code, is already part of the plan. The Integration API is RobotiZap's own: it lets your systems check the calendar, create appointments and add clients.

Do I need to know how to code?

To use the API, yes, or have someone who does. It's built for developers, agencies and automation tools like n8n and Make.

How does the API authenticate?

With a key in the Authorization: Bearer header. Each key has its own permissions, and the default limit is 60 requests per minute.

Does the client get the WhatsApp messages?

Yes. An appointment created through the API respects free slots and gets the same reminders. You choose whether the client is notified right away and whether to charge a deposit.

What happens if I turn the add-on off?

Keys stop working right away and work again if you turn the add-on back on.

How it works

Turn on the add-on

In Settings → Modules, with one click. The API uses the same data as your dashboard.

Create a key

In Integrations, name the key, choose what it can read or change, and copy it. It's shown only once.

Connect your system

Use the examples in the docs for cURL, JavaScript or PHP. Every action shows in the history with the key's name.
